1. Shipping and Delivery Assurance

All your orders are shipped in secure and discreet packaging. The courier or shipping company handling the delivery is aware of the contents of the package. The necessary information is written on the box of your products.

2. Shipping

Except for products specified as express shipping, if your order arrives outside of business hours, it will be dispatched within the first 3 (three) working days following the order. To ensure that your products are shipped to you, the necessary payment procedures for the products must be completed by you.

3. Privacy

During delivery, only your signature is required to confirm receipt of your products. If you are not at the address when the delivery arrives, do not worry. A note will be left at your door with the address where you can pick up your package. If you are unable to collect your package, your order will be returned to us approximately 1 (one) week later.

4. Delivery and Charges

When you place an order, the system will automatically display the shipping cost based on the product and your location, and the packages will be shipped with payment on delivery. Free shipping services may be offered during certain periods and campaigns. This applies only within Turkey. For shipments outside Turkey and to Northern Cyprus, the free shipping offer will not apply, and customers will be charged according to the international rate. Information about this pricing will be communicated to the customer.
