Terms and Conditions

Products purchased online through Shieldnetstore.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The invoice you receive with the product serves as the warranty document for these products. Therefore, please keep the invoice sent to you carefully. Before using the products, please read the user manual and usage instructions.

  1. Right of Withdrawal
    You can return the product within (30) days from the delivery date, provided that the product is unopened, unused, and has not been damaged. Before returning the product, please send an email to info@shieldnetstore.com with the reason for return, your invoice number, and your order number. Our company will contact you after receiving your email or fax and will inform you about the return process. The invoice issued in your name must be sent back to us along with the product. Instead of the returned product, another product or a refund to your credit card will be issued. The cost of return shipping will be borne by you.

  2. Products Damaged During Transport
    You must inspect and check any packages you suspect may have been damaged during shipping in the presence of the delivery person. If you find any damage to the product, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the courier company. Once the product is accepted, you acknowledge that the courier company has fulfilled its duty. Returns of products are only accepted when they are sent back with all original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items in their intact and original condition.

  3. Faulty Products
    If you discover a defect in the product after delivery, please send an email to info@shieldnetstore.com with the details of the defect, your invoice, and order numbers, or contact us through our communication channels. If your return request is deemed valid, the faulty product will be replaced with a new one after you return the product along with the invoice to our store. The cost of return shipping will be borne by you.
